Again, good luck tomorrow. Hope everything is OK.
Good luck, LAKE.
Bump for the update.
Of course, the first thing that she's going to want to do after surgery is get to the internet so she can let us all know she's okay.
Hope you're feeling good, LAKE!

Hi and thanks for the good wishes. Must have worked.
Everything went just fine, except for needing 3 attempts to get the IV in. My right arm looks like it went through the shredder.
The procedure was truly a breeze. I had general anethesia, and woke up right after and didn't need so much as an Advil for pain - there was none. They served me a nice lunch in recovery and then I got to go home. Felt so good that Patrick, the kids & I went shopping last night.
If you ever get ill in Green Bay, this hospital is the place to go! It's more like a hotel than a hospital. Most importantly - lovely hospital gowns!
Now I just hope my uterus doesn't fall out!

Glad to hear it went well, Lake!

Yes, gae is correct. If it were not for the fact that I was sitting/laying most of the time it would have been "moon over Green Bay".
Oh, almost forgot - Pina, the solution to the Muslim woman's troubles has always been there. You just ask for two gowns instead of one - one to fasten in the back, one to fasten in the front. Unless the issue is calves, ankles and feet, they're on their own.
